Forever Summer (MM2H) Sdn. Bhd. (Company Registration No: 598397-T) is an agent for Malaysia My Second Home programme (MM2H) licensed by the Ministry of Tourism, Malaysia. The duty of an official agent is to promote the programme, assist in the application, act as sponsor of the applicants and execute personal bond to guarantee that participants will comply with all the provisions imposed.
The Company is headed by Mr. Thomas Theang Koh Keng and Mdm Lau Kooi See. Both are Directors of the Company and both are tourist guides qualified by the Ministry of Human Resources and Ministry of Tourism, Malaysia.

Malaysia My Second Home (MM2H)
Malaysia My Second Home Programme is promoted by the Government of Malaysia to allow people from all over the world who fulfill certain criteria, to stay in Malaysia as long as possible on a social visit pass with a multiple entry visa. The Social Visit Pass is initially for a period of ten (10) years (depending on the validity of the applicants’ passport) and is renewable.
Eligibility
It is open to all citizens of countries recognized by Malaysia regardless of race, religion, gender or age. Applicants are allowed to bring along their spouse and children (below 18 years old who is not married).
Foreigners who are married to Malaysians are not eligible for MM2H programme but may apply to stay in Malaysia under the Immigration Department's " Spouse Programme " or Long Term Social Visit Pass (please refer to website http://www.imi.gov.my)".

This program was initiated, organized and launched by the Malaysian Government. It is, therefore, a program, that the Government will continuously work to ensure its success.
